Month and a half long update

Wow, I can't believe that I haven't posted anything in a month and a half!! So here is an update on what has been happening around here.

First, Corryn started Kindergarten. She loves it! Melia is having a hard time letting her big sister go. The second day of school, Melia sat on the bench outside of the school and kept saying, "I wait Corryn" over and over. I finally got her to come home but only to watch Mermadia.

Corryn also started a singing and dancing group called "Sunshine Generation". I was part of this group when I was a kid. So far she is really liking it.

Last week Corryn complained about a soar throat. We brushed her off because she didn't rally make a big deal about it. Later that she causally mentioned that her throat heart again. I decided to look at her throat. Her tonsils were HUGE! We took her to the doctor the next day. He told us to go to the Ear, Nose, Throat Doctor and have her tonsils taken out. We are going there today to sent up a time for the surgery.

Melia is working on potty training. She will sit on the toilet forever (45 minutes!) and then when she is about to pee she freaks out and wants a diaper. She has peed a few time in the potty. (Boy will she be embarrassed in a few years when she can read!!)

I went to the doctor on Monday and had another ultrasound of the baby. I am still measuring a week more than I should. Hopefully that will mean that the baby will come earlier than December 14 (which is in 91 days by the way). I would love to have my baby on my dad's birthday which is November 30.

I think we have finally come up with a name for our new daughter. Cassandra Margaret Manning. We will most likely call her Cassie when she is younger and let her decided what she wants to be called when she gets older.

Here are some pictures to reward you for reading this long post.

Keep us posted on the tonsil surgery. Hope it doesn't affect her wonderful singing voice.

I am embarrassed for Melia. I also know what it feels like to be seperated from Coryn.

Nice pictures.

Yea, Sunshine Generation!

Security risk with the b-date?
