The Mannings Are In Utah!
The trip wasn't without its mishaps but we made it here anyway and we are happy to be in the Beehive State.

The Announcement
Some of you may have seen this entry on Jeremy's Jeremiad (the place where I'm allowed to rant all I want about anything I want) and thought that my method of announcing this news there was pretty weak. Well you were right. Here is a more appropriate post on our great news. Please take a look at this picture:
What you see above is the indicator window of a used pregnancy test. You will note that there are two lines showing. That means Lisa is having a baby! She is about 6-8 weeks along (we don't really know yet but will find out in January when she goes to the doctor for her first ultrasound).
We are all very pleased will do our best to keep everyone up to date with all the important news relating to this excellent development.

The Wahlquists
Here are Lisa's cousin Ellisa and her husband Andrew. They are cool and I'm glad they live so close and that they choose to hang out with us from time to time. They also happen to be good poker players. (Our monthly poker night is Friday and I'm getting excited!)
