Is there really a Ned Flanders out there in the world? Well, I have seen honest people run a penny in for over paying on a prepay gas service station. I've heard of people not watching TV on Sunday. OK, that is a dumb argument... It’s not very logical and could be applied to anything. (i.e. Not using electricity on Sunday because someone had to work to get it to your house.)
People have their own views on what is right, but is there an extreme? Or have I just gone to the other end of the spectrum of not really caring.
I really wonder if I am perceived as being dishonest at work. I don't take lunch, but I bring stuff in all the time and eat while I work. After the eight hours, I am out f there!
I'm glad I'm not a Bishop either. I knew a man once who is the closest to Ned Flanders that I have ever met. I've heard of stories that bishops face. I'm sure some are incredible but silly stuff like Ned Flanders? I know I could not take it and would have to tell the person to pull their head out.
The guy was Tommy Hillton. (Not really). Father of two kids. Software developer. Weird, funny guy. His family went on a trip to Florida. When they got back, I kid you not that he told me, almost in tears, that he had to talk to the Bishop because there were so many scantily clad women down there...
My goodness man, get over it. What is your freaking problem?
Anyway, some people just shouldn't go to Florida I suppose. I'm excited about going down there this September although I will probably be too preoccupied watching my niece having fun to notice much of anything else.
