I finally got all the lousy paper work to refinance on my Condo. I have hesitated to do this before because it just seems very fishy that these people are so eager to help me. Yesterday they were strangers and it ticked me off they took so long to get me these papers, what will they be tomorrow?

Great, what did I get myself into now? The 50+ pages of crap to go through were just exciting. The paper work is just another reason for me to stay out of law school.
