I was looking for a good Knight battle. It was actually Arabian Nights dinner show. I’ve only been to one Pirates dinner show. I was not there when my family went to the Medieval Times one.
At any rate, I knew what to expect this time so I didn't get angery when we weren't seated right away and we literally chilled out with our drinks waiting to be seated. It was cold. The acrobats and the dancers where great. I was hoping to learn more about the sultan and Arab countries.
The arena we were taken into was like a hockey rink and just as cold. The show started and it was spectacular when all the houses came out. When they stated to sing, I knew they wouldn’t win my heart as it stated on the glass we got from the first room.
The dinner was good, but the show was quite lame. When I learned what the book was about, I had reservations about totally writing off the show. The book sounded lame too. Lame book, lame show.

I have to disagree with you about "Tales of 1001 Arabian Nights" being dumb though. It is a classic and the stories are excellent. I loved them as a kid and I still love them.
