There is something about not having the cool cable channels. You miss interesting shows like this. Come to think of it, I felt behind when I was a kid because we didn’t have cable. It was probably for the best though. I mean, I would have watched MTV trash like my class mates.
Anyway, as mentioned before, I enjoyed Young Guns which was the tale of Billy the Kid. Like most everything history's view is often skewed and people are often left to their own opinions on the matter. It would be interesting to see and hear what they say on the notorious regulator.
In junior high school, the journalism teachers name was Pat Garrett. That school year was difficult for me as it was. I didn’t need to over hear her conversation in the darkroom. She said other really mean and untrue things when I was in the same room at other times! I don’t know what she was smoking, but I gave her a hard time after that. I was pleased when I saw the following years Peregrine Times paper from the staff. It looked like crap. She must have given up trying to make a difference.
