A few weeks ago Corryn was singing the sun beam song. She paused to ask me if sle was a sun beam. I told her she was not. Then she asked why.
"You are a person." I explained. "A sun beam is just a ray of light."
"Oh," she said. Then with a smile she asked if she was a child of God.
How could l say no to that? Besides, her parents would have killed me if I joked about that. "Yes," I finally said. ''of course you are."
