Forget HVAC

I bought my new toy. It came with a cool remote and thermostat.

Now, Kay Management can cram it.

I love toys.

I noticed a nessage on the building enternce door. I didn't stop to read it, but the title said "Heat is on". I tried it out last night and sure enough they finally turned it on.

I still like my toy better though. The remote is awesome.
