Once a year or so, my Mom would clean out the cabinet of really old medications. A very good practice, I might add.
I have always had earaches. I was glad to have Amoxicillin on hand when I needed it.
I got really tried with dealing with doctors. It was very silly to waste a couple hours just to have some elevated man of society conform I indeed had an earache. Then all they ever prescribed was antibiotics.
Honestly, I was never tempted to try pills I should not. As with vitamins, I believe a body will only take what it needs. I would stop taking a dosage when I felt better. Can’t say I ever took all doses until gone. Where did the number (recommended dosage and time frame) come from anyway? Statistical data of an average case? His rear end?
