Surprised, Shocked, or what?
I was pleasantly surprised to see a friend today. I thought she was out of town until September. Later I thought if she wanted to see me, she would said something before coming. I'm just glad she made sure I saw her. Of course, I got hug!
My nieces were not shocked or surprised when I showed up on their doorstep. The youngest probably thought "who are you?"
Oh well. I think we had a good time. I did anyway. I just feel bad for yelling at the whining niece. It's too bad I can't spend equal time with all of them. But that's life for ya.
