I signed up under bogus info. I get enough junk mail as it is.
I like the post. I was going to do one about this whole “Super size it”, “Up late”, and even Sybway’s “7 under 6″ marketing that I would state adds to the weight issue at hand.

I meant to add that when I go, I hope my body is never found or tossed over board over the deepest canyon in the sea.
Good luck on the weight loss. Don’t need a super sized plot either!
