I'm sure someone is benefiting from the way they are doing things. I'm pretty sure it isn't the citizens living in Northern Utah...but someone must be benefitting. I know that sounds cynical but there is no other reason I can think of for this to be happening when there are good alternatives like stimulated decay. AMEN Cody.
