Yup... way too much.

My mom guzzles coke when she's driving 12 hours or more, we make fun of her for it :)

That having been said, I did go on a diet pepsi kick once.

Never again.

Many swear that you can't taste the caffeine, but you can! My daughter was born with sleep apnea and was prescribed ...yup, caffeine. After I tasted a little on my finger, I realized how good the stuff tastes, and how much it really affected my soda choices.

I try to be good and drink girlie stuff like Crystal Light and flavored waters. ;) I'm sure they'll find something cancerous in them that contributed to my early death!!

Dr. Pepper is my crutch. I only get a refill once a week, but it's a 64-ouncer! I stopped for a couple months hoping it would help me lose the weight I need to, but it didn't so I'm back to my regular dosage.

I used to be a serious Mountain Dew junkie. I'm talking around 12 cans or so a day. I eventually had to give it up once it started burning a hole in my stomach, but I just switched to milder stuff like Dr. Pepper. Now I have maybe 1-2 sodas a month and feel so much better for it. It's amazing how much better it tastes when you only occasionally imbibe.

Jeremy,
It is OK to admit that you are a social drinker. I am also a social drinker of soda, only once and a while with dinner or at a bar-b-que or ballgame. A little never hurt anyone!
